My complaint is regarding the way Mango Airlines has dealt with my baggage situation. Two bags were not delivered to King Shaka int. last Sunday apparently due to the aerosol can in my bag. There was no can of sort in my bag however. They claimed to have informed me of the can and asked me to remove it in their presence however this did not occur at all. They also claimed that my second bag was taken by another passenger at the carousal but this could not have been true as i was present for a long time during baggage claim and this did not appear to be the case. The contact number that they had given me is almost impossible to reach as it rings continuously. the Agent, Josh, requested that i get someone to open my bag at OR Tambo to show there is no can in there. This is ridiculous. They promised to contact me and keep me posted but im still awaiting further information. The incident happened on Sunday and it is now wednesday. this is unacceptable and i wish to express my frustration. I advise all to not fly mango. Thier customer services is pathetic
