HOLDING FOR 20 MIN WITHOUT BEING ASSISTED

I have booked a flight with car rental that I now have to cancel. I am not able to do so anywhere on the website. I phoned the call center and selected the relevant option. After holding on and listening to the same song for 20 min I hung up. i called again and selected the option for general queries. Muneeb could not assist me as he cannot cancel these type of bookings. The best he could do was to transfer me to the same line where I have already held on. My request to speak to a Supervisor was also refused. From what I see on HP Kulula does not deal well with cancellations. All I know is that my booking confirmation states for the car: "From booking date onwards a charge of of 20% of the value of the booking shall apply" and for the flight: "From booking date onwards a charge of of 0.00 ZAR shall apply" so they better not come with stories about a refund. I am waiting for their call back immediately. Very poor service indeed.
