On Friday the 13th of September I was scheduled to be on a flight to durban from johannesbur. I arrived at the airport at 22h05 and my flight was leaving at 22h40.When I got there all the operators were packing up to leave. I spoke to one and asked her if she could check me in and she said no she had switched off her computer and it would take 15 minutes to restart and she was rushing home. I then told her that their policy says that check in closes 30minutes before departure so I was within the time frame. She said I must go sand rebook and she needs to leave. I had to rebook and pay an additional amounbt. I am so disgusted by the commitment levels of the ground staff of Kulula and as a result missed a very important family occassion. I will never use Kulula again and the friend who had accompanied me shares the same disgust.
