I made a booking for a friend of us to come visit us in Cape Town. I made the booking and faulted by using her name Rina. After the booking was confirmed, I realized that her name on her id is in actual fact Catharina!! I phoned Kulula and spoke to Meryl, who informed me that in actual fact they cannot do it, but will ask her two supervisors Jaydee and Moira if something can be done. Great was my surprise when Meryl told me it is ok, they will change the name for me. I must compliment Meryl with her friendliness and politeness in this regard, because although I was wrong, Kulula bent over backwards to accommodate me! Well done Kulula - I will make use of you again and again in future. This is what "customer care" means - helping a customer in need! With friendly and helpful staff like Meryl, Jaydee and Moira Kulula is on the right track.
