HOSTEST ATTITUDE

I was travelling from PE to JHB with the Intercape Mainliner. From the start we departed from PE the Hostess Genevieve had a Attitude towards passengers. The way she speaks to them is in no acceptable. She speaks out loud and with a tone which totally unacceptable. Her way of dealing with travellers totally. Seriously this lady needs training in the customer satisfaction field. Because of this I feel like never travelling with Intercape again.
