SID system fails to work, no other option but to pay extra to create a booking confirmation through a telephone consultant. This is after 2 and a half hours of struggling to make the payment, phoning 6 times to confirm the booking and also speaking to a SID Support operator. Without being notified they "solve" the issue by charging an extra R80.
Unacceptable customer service. If your system is failing to work do not penalize the customer.
And do not blame the system.
