I do NOT normally resort to this, but as I have had NO response through your channels, I have to resort to this.
On the 4th July, I sent an e-mail to Eben Debbes (supervisor to Andiswa Okoh) indicating that I had to cancel a flight as I found out my wife is pregnant and her doctor confirmed that she could not travel.
On the 22nd of July, I included the doctor's letter (as per your requirements) to process the cancellation and my full refund (as confirmed by your call centre).
On the 29th of July, I sent a follow-up e-mail.
On the 1st of August, I sent Andiswa Okoh an e-mail requesting the details of Eben's supervisor to take the matter further.
I have had NO response to ANY of my contacts.
PLEASE get back to me so I can resolve this ASAP and get my refund,
