Bad customer service, I made a mistake of loading a wrong monthly tag, Diepkloof to kramerville instead of Dieploof to orange grove (the difference is R100) so I went there on Monday last week (26/08/2013) and they told me to come back this week Monday (02/09/2013) because the tag I bought was for September they never told me that they do not do refunds and this morning when I went back there they told me they do not do refunds, they told me so many stories saying I should have done it by by the bus tag sellers same day. I looked like a fool waiting the for almost an hour. They kept on calling each other and no one was willing to assist me. My time was waisted and my money went done the drain just like that.. I believe we all make mistakes but not according putco.
