I bought a top from them on Monday 15 July 2013. I tell the cashier its for a gift and I hope its the right size. On Tuesday 16 July 2013 I return to the shop to get a smaller size, they don't have. They refuse to give my money back as there was no other nice tops. The manager told me I must look on my slip it says no cash refunds. This is the first time I hear one don't get a cash refund in a retail store. I didn't see any notices in the shop saying no cash refunds and neither did the cashier say rather make sure you have right size as we don't do refunds. People just be aware. I'm disappointed with this store.
