I stay in protea glen ext11. i travel with the putco bus from protea glen to midrand everyday and the service is bad to the way that i stand everyday. while i have paid R157 or almost R700 a monthly ticket and we have sign the petition letter to putco management requisting other bus and no action has been taken. the service is so poor but because we dont have other sorce of transport we are force to use putco. other thing is you will fill your monthly copon with some trips. and it happen you feel sick you automatical lose those trips. please assist with this metter so that we can get a better services.
