On Sunday the 11 August I was travelling from O.R International Airport to Bloemfontein. In Johannesburg I had my luggage cling wrapped (plastic wrapping of bags) so that no on will open it. upon arrival in Bloemfontein I found that the cling wrap had been removed. When I arrived at the hotel I opened my bag to find that Someone had gone through all of my belongings and had put the cling wrap inthe bag. A representative of SAA said that she would look into it and contact me. She contacted me on the Tuesday and I was unable to attend to her call, when I called her back no one answered. I phoned several times after that and there was still no answer. And no one has contacted me since. This is an absolute invasion of privacy as no on has the right to go through someone's bags without the consent of the owner.
