Arriving at the Intercape Ticket Office in Bahnhof Street Windhoek, the stairs entering the reception area is so dirty its left black marks all over the stairs, inside the reception area there are lovely blue couch type chairs, at the foot of the stairs are the same black dirty, sticky marks, also lying around orange peels, and worst of all on the couch was Chicken bones, I mean that breeds disease in minutes and here it is lying around in what is to foreigners their first experience of Namibia.
Now I do not know about my other fellow Namibians, but this is definitely not how I want to represent my country, with filth.
Then the waiting area where you wait for the bus to arrive has no Air Conditioning or even windows to open, you enter the place to have your breath taken away by the smell of sweat and its hot.
As a travelling institute that should have the highest standards to represent our country and currently has the poorest I have ever seen.
My wife is of the Muslim Faith and whenever you board Intercape you are bombarded with Christian material everywhere, this is not necessary rather give me as a travelling customer something to read about the destination I am arriving at.
