I am not sure why I am even complaining about this as we all know by now Metro Rail doesn't give a flying F... k about its commuters. And wont even respond to this matter. They cancel trains as they wish, delay trains as they wish with complete disregards for the people whom are paying for these services. They think that since there is no competition business wise they are safe to ruin our lives. Well guess what METROFAIL not this time. The public transport in this country is the worst I have every seen. The busses are late or just never arrive the taxis are over loaded and smell like someone died in them. I have to pay R90 more for just 1 station and I think that's so unfair. I pay R290 first class to town and lets just say its no first class ride. You have degenerates on the train begging for money and they smell worse than my dustbin. How they manage to get through the people checking tickets is beyond me. Not to mention the disgusting graffiti on the train walls and torn seats. So pray tell where is the money I pay every month going too? I say people we need to take a stand no ticket no service. Stop buying tickets until we get the service we are paying for.!!!
