METRO MAJOR FAIL!!!

For the last three days, Tuesday - Thursday (28 - 30 January 2014) the exit gates at Kuils River station have ben closed on the first class side. It was a total nightmare and delay having to walk to the other side just to get over the bridge. Why are these gates closed especially when it's peak? Trains are forever full and cramped and then to still have to get to your stop and the exit gates are closed. Absolutely ridiculous. Also there are NEVER any ticket verifiers on the monte vista line in the mornings. I take the 06:18 train on platform 2 from Bellville to Century City and all 3rd class people are in the 1st class carriages leaving no seats available for the people who actually pay to be there. This is poor service. There also has never been one day for the last two months where trains drove smoothly. Metrorail ups prices but not their service!!! I would like to know how this will be rectified???
