The Bakwena Doornpoort Toll Plaza has no concern for e-tag users. When there is an issue with the booms they do absolutely NOTHING. Even when contacted and being told of the issue they show no concern at all. This morning the e-tag lane was not moving. Took 70 minutes to get through. When contacted they responded that the lane is moving. I was then told it was due to traffic otherside the toll gate of which there was none when I got there. All the while (70 minutes) the other non e-tag lanes were moving. Absolutely nothing is done to alleviate the e-tag lane customers when there are problems. NOBODY CAN TAKE ANY INITIATIVE and make a decision to sort the problem out. PLEASE NOTE THE TOLL PLAZAS DIRECT NUMBER IS 0125260065. Bakwena seems to have no concern for e-tag users who according to me should be their main customers as they get a guaranteed income from them. Bakwena Big time.
