Made my booking via [URL Removed] and paid the full amount. After a request for a receipt to proof payment was told that the entity does not issue receipts only invoices. My dilemma is that I need proof of payment and according to them an invoice is apparently proof. This place some doubt in my mind if this business is run according to good accounting practices.
