Incompetent, Rude Attitude, Call Center Numbe

I was booked to fly from PE to Johannesburg on Friday 13/09/2013@17:25 on Flight Number JE546. I had proof of booking, proof of payment, paid on 03/09/13, the tax invoice, certified ID copy and drivers license with me, but not a copy of the credit card it was paid from. The incompetent, bad attitude Mango employer assisting me, said the payment can be seen, but I can't fly as I did not have a copy of the credit card. I was refused help, and was informed me to phone our Head Office in Gauteng to send payment proof. Friday afternoon at 16:00 or accounts department already leaves work. I was instructed to make a payment and claim it from my employer. The man behind me had exactly the same issue, and was instructed to drive to his office to collect the proof. I then made a booking on British Airways, and that client behind me did the same. We are the biggest franchise real estate group in the country and not one of our 350 branches, 2500 estate agents, business partners (banks & bond originators) will ever be advised to use Mango. The call center number on the booking Tax Invoice, has also been disconnected, with no new number, to phone.
