My wife paid an amount of R498.00 to have judgement removed from her account, i then emailed the proof of payment through to the flemix e-mail address, of which i received a mail from Emily requesting that i send through another proof of payment but she cannot see the pop and i need to send another one, the thing is one cannot just walk into a bank and ask them to reprint receipts they too have they policies besides along with the deposit slip was a receipt that was very clear, i responded to Emily asking her if she cannot just check they bank statements and also that the receipt was very clear in that it should exactly how much was paid, my problem is that one is listed so quickly but when you do the right thing it takes ages for the companies to list you to assist in removing you. Please can somebody with spectacles assist Emily and check that the amount was paid and please rescind the judgement.
