Thought it was the best, but its a nightmare

I reloaded myconnect card on Monday 12/08 on Thursday the 16/8 when i tabbed out at aTable view it gave me a configuration error i reported it to Pritchard and Funeka but they told me they cant assist, i asked for their superior they said there is none but i will be penalised because when i come in the next morning 16/8 they system will register that i did not tap out and i will be penalised and there`s nothing they can do. this morning i recieved penalty and im going to be recieving this penalty ubntil someone takes responsibility.i hate the fact that i just felt so helpless, no one wanted to take responsibility and i was told there`s no one i can report to which is really ubsurd couse when i loaded my card i did so becaus ei wanted to use it not be penalised everytime i tap.
