Greyhound
An Oven on wheels

I am one of your regular customers, Since my varsity days I always booked and travelled with Greyhound. I can recall over 20 trips in the last 4 years. EVERY time I travel on the bus (either between Johannesburg/Bloemfontein and the Eastern Cape - the route is serviced by both your East London and PE Coach, the heaters are pumped to fullblast and within an hour of leaving Johannesburg (and for 10 minutes at the Bleomfontein terminal) the aircon is put on to freshen the coach up. Here's a question, with 68/66 people in a small area all breathing, no fresh air circulating and the heaters constantly on (that your cooldrinks warm up in the cupholders, your legs burn if they touch the heater) how are you supposed to breathe comfortably. I am amazed that this is the 1st complaint regarding this. I can handle being late (always), seeing the odd cockroach (almost every trip) and a rude hostess - but sitting in a t-shirt, not being able to breathe is just not on.

Why can you not keep the ventilator (not even the aircon) on? if people get cold, they can close the airvent above them - if we get hot, there's nothing we can do?

My trip on the 10th was unbearable! im so disappointed.
