I'm right now on route from Durban to Johannesburg, I bought business class thinking I would be ok since it's our first-time on greyhound, we are 12 people we just want to get off the bus they can't turn off the ICE COLD AIRCON although it's raining outside, pur ears are aching of the cold The old people are screaching of the icy cold, their seats are even broken so they gave to sit straight up in row 1c, we saying turn the aircon of2f but she says upstairs need the aircon on, then we asked for blankets n told sorry there is no blankets, what a ripoff and u r GREYHOUND I'M GOING YO MAKE SURE THE PIBLIC IS AWARE OF MY MONEY WASTED, U EVEN HAVE THE AUDAVITY TO TELL ME I CAN'T GET A REFUND FIR THIS TRAVELING EXPERIENCE, NO COFFEE, NO BLANKETS, NO COMFORTABLE SEATING, WE EVEN LEFT 20 MIN LATE, I W ASNT MY MONRY BACK AS I'M FROZEM WITH AN EAR ACHE OF THE COLD, MY KIDS R SO FROZEN NEVER NEVRR AGAIN, IF I COULD GET OFF THIS BUS I WOULD, HOW DARE U treat us this way Greyhound, we not animals, we paid extra U US!!! GREYHOUND 18 DEC 2013 8AM I have to endure this freezer with no blankets for another 5 hours help us
