I cannot believe that you cannot pay for a flight online, you have to phone an operator, listen to all the options and wait for an operator and then give your credit card detail over the phone to an unknown person even your secret ccv number!!! This is really ridiculous and surely must impact on their business. I will try to avoid making bookings with them in future in this manner. We are supposed to be a 1st world country!
