On 14/04/13 I travelled from Cape Town to Johannesburg (via Bloemfontein) on the Greyhound. I was not looking forward to the long trip. I was seated upstairs front row. The coach was number 2803. The team: Johan Bloemhof and Swanie the drivers and Angeean and Shadeen the hostesses. I am a very nervous passanger. Having a birds eye view of the road and not being able to sleep, I want to compliment the drivers on their driving. They did not take any risks and to my knowledge they seem to keep to the speed limit. I felt safe at all times throughout the journey. The hostesses were extremely pleasant and helpful. I had a really silly neighbour who spilt coffee all over the floor. The hostess gave me a wad of serviettes and a waste bag with a sympathetic smile (my handbag was soaked in coffee) to clean up. Thank you to the team for making a dreaded trip bearable. I will recommend Greyhound any time.
