Why is it that i am sat at OR Tambo for the 2:35 flight (104) and every 15 minutes you delay it by 15 minutes. Your SMS asks me to phone Kulula and when i do they have no idea what is going on. I asked to change flight the woman said a blank NO. I knew it was a mistake to once again trust Kulula after recent delays that i experienced - and once again you let me down - with absolutely no explanation why at all.
never ever will i fly you guys again.
