DELAYED FLIGHT

My mom is booked on the flight from Durban to Johannesburg today 6 August 2013 at 4h30pm. She should have been boarding by now (15h55) and there is no sign of the plane at the airport. The people are not even getting notified about the delay, they are just sitting there waiting.

It is common courtesy for paying passengers to be notified of any delays so that arrangements can be made for family that are traveling to collect them from the airport the time which is stated on the air ticket.

I will never use these airlines again as it is very unprofessional and very frustrating.
