I'd like to bring to your attention that the horrific service my family recently received from Adventure Accomodation ( [URL Removed] .
We recently booked accomodation in Margate through this company and from the onset the staff was misinformed, disrespectful and unprofessional.
The worst part came Satuday monring (15/06/2013) when one of our family members was stuck in a room with no keys. After trying to call every employee of the company with no response, Alfonso Middleton eventually answered. Short of cursing me on the phone he cowardly dropped the call and refused to answer again, despite being the emergency contact for the place as well as the person we booked through.
Our companion was stuck in this room for about six hours of that morning.
I have never experienced such blatant and ignorance from anyone in the 'service' industry and would not like to delve into reasons why an adult man and business owner would act this foolishly in 2013, although I can think of a few reasons off the top of my head.
