Unprofessional conduct of service

On 21 February 2013 I went on the website under Room for Africa and it showed that there was accomodation available for 1 room and i immediately went into your website and it showed that there was no rooms available. I then sent 2 emails to you and meanwhile a lady from Rooms For Africa contacted me to confirm that there is a room available. The ebited my account for the deposit and when I contacted you to confirm, I spoke to Njabulo and he advised me that my emails were received but it was fully booked.
To my confusion, a deposit was debitted from my account but at the same time im not booked as it was fully booked.
On 22 February 2013 i received an sms from you to say that you have a reservation for me to arrive on Friday and its Saturday and i still havent arrived.

What confuses me is that i was told that you were fully booked and i dont have a booking and at the same time i have a reservation. I guess you would be confused too.
So now my money was taken and i didnt have any accomodation, this is unprofessional and totally unacceptable.
So now you tell me, what happens from here??? I expect a response as soon as possible.
