Utterly dissappointed!!

On Thursday 25 July 2013, 7:53am, i boarded the F15 bus to Blouberg- bus number is C9. The bus was cleared off to leave but instead the driver got off, with earphones in his ears walked out slowly and started chatting. We all waited patiently til we saw that nothing was being done& he seemed not to care. I went out& asked him what time the bus was leaving instead he snapped at me " Just go back&sit in the bus! " I asked him again, & he repeated the same statement over&over again, very loudly & rudely. My reason for asking was to be informed, we were all going to work& needed to know. I drop off at the first bus stop from Tableview station which is a 5minute walk. If he had told me it was going to leave later, i would have walked but instead he kept on lashing, until one validator told me that we were going to get a different driver. I walked back in to the bus. The new driver came in, Gidimisane walks in &starts making remarks" these foreigners are stupid& full of nonsense, who do they think they are.. etc " This was clearly UNCALLED FOR, &even if there were foreigners in the bus what gave him the right to say such?? He clearly can`t deal with customers&should be DISCIPLINED
