Upon making a booking under pressure, we learned that we had booked the wrong date and the flight initially booked had departed. We then approached ticket sales if some reprieve could be made for example paying a penalty fee and using the funds already paid to make another booking. What an bad attitude. We got it back in our face saying it was our problem. If this is how Mango Airlines does business, then South Africa is much the poorer for the airline industry and customer service.
