I have been trying to get easy holidays to cancel my subscription for over a month now. All forms have been sent to credit review yet no one can answer me a month later as to what is going on. The only response I get is that they're waiting for the credit review board to contact them. While I'm waiting, I'm expected to pay for something that I can't afford due to me being unemployed, hence the request to cancel.
