I have been receiving constant (possibly monthly) calls from Lifestyle Vacation Club, and every time have asked to be removed from the database and every time have had the phone slammed down in my ear.
Today was the last straw. Lizzie called me from Lifestyle Vacation Club, I told her that I have repeatedly asked to be removed from your database, she had some remark, which I didn't hear because she once again slammed the phone in my ear.
Please remove me from this database and provide me with notice that this has been done. Please also provide me with the source of where you have got my information.
You are in contravention of the ECT Act and should you not comply with the above, I will be taking further action against your company.
