the people hardly answers the phones, i went there to book a bus from Bloem to PTA on Sunday and the manager was not there he told the lady that was helping me that i must leave everything with her and that he will call me with the reference number so that i can take it to the station..
till now he has not got back to me..
the branch manager is incompetent and needs to be called to order, you do not treat people like that. he things cause his some stupid maneger that is under paid we must all suffer.
