I will never ever use this store again and I will also make sure that everyone I know hears about this. I'm even considering going to the papers. Saturday I went to the store as I do every day. My daughter wanted a teddy bear and saw that the price was R49.99. When I got to the till I saw that the teddy was R59.99 so I told the cashier that the price on the bar code said R49.99 and that is the amount that I will pay. She told the packer to bring the barcode so that she can check it. The packer brought the same barcode of R49.99. They then called the manager who was rude and just told me that the price is R59.99 and that if I don't want it I should leave it. He humiliated me in front of many customers so who the does he think he is!!! He is incompetent and should learn how to work with customers. This is now the 4th time that this has happened to me because of the wrong pricing of things. But usually leaves it cause I don't have time to go back that same night. I think Carte Blance should go to the stores to see how many people get's robbed.
We also have a business and if I have a manager like that I'll lose all my business.
