Double booking

I booked a flight for myself and then for my two colleges and paid with my credit card. When I inserted the details it accepted the payment however it changed the second college details to my details. I immediately phoned kulula to advise them that I had now two bookings on the same flight.
They advised that they will send to the refund department and this will take 6 - 8 weeks with no guarantee.
The error is with the computer system.
I had to make a additional booking for my college so it cost me 4 tickets.
