My booking cancelled even though I paid

I booked a flight online with kulula 3days ago, during the night, I opted pay via a bank deposit, which I have done on many occasions. The informatin about my flight was sent to me via email. And it said I had 24 hours to pay. The next day I went to standard bank and I paid for my ticket. Yesterday I went on the website because I wanted to change the dates of my booking. I couldn't because it said that the flight hadn't been ticketed yet. Today I log on to do the same and it tells me that my booking does not exist. I called the customer care line and the lady tells me I payed late I only had 2hours to make payment. I tell her the email I got, and the 1 I always get says 24hours and iits impossible that I payed late. I made the booking at night. It would b stupid of kulula to say you have 2 hours to make payment, banks open at 9 in the morning. She tells me there is nothing she can do, and I must call again tomorro morning. What kind of service is that!!!
