I have made a reservation through reservations (telephonically) 0861 842 737 on 26 October 2012, for Ngwenya Lodge from Friday 12.04.2013 to Friday 19.04.2013.(26 points) I have tried to make a booking at Ngwenya Lodge for the past 3 years.
I had some points that would have expired in December 2012, I was told that if I make the booking in 2012, I can still use my points for the booking at Ngwenya Lodge in April 2013.
Up till now I haven't received any conformation on this booking. When enquiring on 11.01.2013 I was told that there is no booking for me. I was requested to log a complain via email, I have done it several times since 11.01.2013, but still no response.
