I bought 30 points a few years ago. I was told by the agent that I could use the points at anytime, anywhere. I was not advised that the points to stay at lodges will increase every year, nor that I cannot use it during school holidays as I have a child in school.
Whenever, I try to book, I cannot get availability. I had enough and decided that I want to sell my points.
It is now my resp to sell my points, but I must still pay a management fee of R5934.55 for nothing. I could use this money to get accomodation at lots of places for more than a week, as compared to just a weekend with QVC.
They when they sell you the points and make you believe that you will be saving alot. They always give you the opposite of good customer service and are sarcastic, well I tried to help you, HOW have you vere helped me.
