Please processing my damaged luggage claim fast

Hi there,

I have traveled in Emirates on 21-jan-2013 from BLR to CPT, my wooden article was damaged even though we put fragile sticker on it.

After communicating with couple of Emirates consultants (i called them couple of time and keep saying the story every time i called them until i get a reference number). Finally i manged to get a reference number D/CPTEK17151. It is been almost a month that i get this reference but i didn't get any feedback from them.
Initially when i follow up with them after 10 days, they reply to my email saying claim has been send to Dubai for process. After that i send another couple of mail recently (2 to 3 days ago), i didn't get any reply from them

Among the 30 kg allocated luggage, this article alone weights 18 kgs and i paid 4093 INr for excess luggage
Please keep this in mind, how important this goods is for me.
Can any one please process my claim and let me know the output.
