I was very disappointed to be served in such an appalling manner by a lady working in the call center/booking offices.
I called with in with a simple enough query and the lady was very rude and cold with her answer, as if I should have known the answer to the query that I had. Had I known the answer I wouldn't have called in and asked. I am utterly disappointed as I have made a booking over the phone before and dealt with a very lovely and helpful lady.
