Hi there,

I would like to complain about your promotional affiliate named LuxuryLifeStyle at Benoni, I bought a spa voucher from GroupSA (Security Code: DBAC4711BF, REF: 20155682), I then booked on the same date I bought the voucher (11-04-2013) for it on the 21st Apr 2013 for me and my wife.

I called in today to confirm my booking which I thought was at 1pm instead of 3pm, while I was talking to the gentleman on one of their booking phones (073 864 8474), the lady at the background said "Wa hlanya" (this is S.Sotho), which literally means "He is insane" in English, so to cut the long story short the lady wasn't aware that I could hear her at the background that she said I am insane... is this the kind of Affiliate you dealing with? I really disappointed and I am not sure if this special are worth it as I ve just being served with an unprofessional and immature service before I even met them.

I find this very unacceptable and a disgrace that someone can just swear at acustomer...
