I tried to book a flight ticket on [URL Removed] There was then two amounts reserved from my account.
I then phone the [URL Removed] call center to advise them of the problem. I was then informed by an agent that there is no way that they could give me the same flights at the original price, in fact the price was almost R200 more. I then asked to be transferred to a manager and Moosa told me that they could do nothing for me. I had to ask Moosa for an opportunity to discuss my side as he was not giving me a chance. He then confirmed that I had to pay more even though it was not my mistake. I then told him that this was not acceptable and he then he said that he would revert back. I was then told that he could assist and would pay back one of the amounts and then use one of the reserved amounts to confirm my booking. Then what happened was that Kulula took a further R2 422 thus an over-payment of R4 844 This call took more than 30 minutes meaning it cost more than R45. I then had to call again which took more than 5 minutes. I was eventually assisted by a brilliant consultant but still need to wait between 24 and 48 hours for my funds to be returned.
