I am a regular SAA Flyer (30 flights this year) and make use of SAA's mobile check in application. Unfortunately the application does not work as its supposed to or as well as it's competitors offerings. I thought I might do SAA a favour by bringng this to thier attention. I duly sent a emails to their webhelp and customer service addresses over the last 2 months. Webhelp has yet to respond to my emails. Customer service has either copied the heading of my email into a pro forma responce email, asked questions that indicate the my original mail was not even read or ignored my subsequent repsonces.
One would think that SAA would welcome feedback from one of its loyal customers instead of paying mere lip service to the concept customer service.
