I made a booking on [URL Removed] website on Thursday 28 November 2013, to fly from JHB to Cape Town & Cape Town to Durban (2 Flights - R705 & R1283 respectively).
Yesterday (29 November 2013) upon looking at my bank statement I realised that 3 amounts have been debited by kulula. After phoning kulula today for an hour, I was told that the 3rd amount is in fact for a 2nd flight from Cape Town to Durban for the same day as my original ticket (Call Ref: Tashrika, Jade Walbrugh, Comair Call Centre- apparently this is the call reference).
While speaking to Tashrika, I advised her that I did not book a 3rd flight from Cape Town to Durban for R1196 and need this amount reversed. She told me that this is not possible. I then spoke to the supervisor on duty (Jade Walbrugh) who advised me that nothing could be done. When I advised Jade that I will ask my Bank to reverse this amount I was then told that I will be flagged on the system as a case & would never be able to fly with them again!
This is unacceptable & I am very disappointed with kulula and their customer service. I want this issue to be rectified and the R1196 to be reversed as I did not make this 3rd booking!!!
