Saturday 13th July 2013 I boarded the bus enroute to PE, upon boarding seating was a free for all and even though I had a seat allocated to me, it was taken and the same was happening to more and more passengers who climbed on the bus.
The personnel on the bus become argumentative and agressive when people complained and they refused to sort the problem out. At no point did the staff on the bus make annoucements to tell us when or where we would be stopping even, it was evident this was just a job and a pay check to these people.
I landed up sitting where a child was kicking me in the face and even this seemed to be acceptable to the buss staff.
I will never use this bus liner again and hope that the management of this bus liner take this up with their staff as I am the passenger and so are all the others who where on that bus... we are the people who keep you in business after all.
