I logged an equiry on 10 Sept regarding contract term and cancellation, I received my first response only 6 days later. I advised them that contract was signed incorrectly as it comes to an end next year. Loiuse a customer service agent advised on the 25th she would forward my enquiry for further investigation but still no feedback was received. I then send 3 follow up emails through out October, even included the SUPPOSEDLY customer service email addresses and Louise, but no response still. I receive read receipts meaning they are reading it, but have no common decency to reply to ANY emails. Secondly, I was chargded an additional service fee of R300 this month for ADMIN, what admin??? they cant even respond to emails! This is dissappointing, and I need to trust people with my life??? they cant even get admin right?
I want my contract cancelled and will go somewhere else! I will escalate this to the Ombudsman! We are now officially more than 2 months later!
