Bad customer service

Hello Peter,

I get so annoyed when one has to go to a certain website under contact details and find a list of email addresses and when you use them you don't get help. Yesterday, our phones where not working so I googled the St. Augustine website and I found Augusta Dorning's email address. I sent an enquiry to him or her about a very urgent matter. Fortunately I always make sure that my email alert me when they have been read. This morning I went back and I found that my email was deleted without being read. Why do they have those emails on their website if they are going to treat their customers like dirt. I am really annoyed by such attitudes. You would thing St. Augustine would uphold a high standard in customer service. Even if this guy was not a customer service provider, he/ she could have at least directed my query to the relevant person instead of just deleting it. Really annoyed.
