Poor Communication

Kindly refer to the below email pertaining to reservation number 1, my booking for December has been cancelled and without my knowledge and the email stating that "We are sorry you have cancelled your booking".

I have not called anyone to cancel my booking.

I have spoken to your consultant Themba who advised that the booking has been cancelled due to non-payment. When the reservation was made on the 8th of March I was not advised to make any payment to secure the booking.

Further to that I am now told that Holiday Auto's no longer exists thus making the booking null and void. Again I was not made aware of this or receive any email advising of same.

I was given a quote by Themba through the new company but this is R1000.00 more than what I was previously quoted.

I am dissatisfied at the lack of service I have received and not being advised timeously of any payments that needed to be made to secure my booking.

If I was advised to make payment I would have now I have to suffer as a result of poor communication from your side.
