Cancellation policy changed AFTER BOOKING

[URL Removed] stipulated that cancellation up to 60 days was charged at 25% which means more than 60 days would be free; 60 days would be charged at 25%; 46 days would be charged at 40%.
Chapman Hotel sent me an email today, after I had already booked with [URL Removed] according to the information they had from Chapman and posted on their booking page when I made the booking and which I have a copy of, Cancellation policy: 25% if MORE THAN 60 DAYS! PLUS 60 to 46 days before arrival 40% charged. This is NOT WHAT [URL Removed] GAVE ME WHEN I BOOKED OR I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED. CHAPMAN NOW WISH TO CHARGE ME 25% 6 M O N T H S BEFORE ARRIVAL. I VIEW THIS AS ALLEGEDLY CHANGING OF CONTRACT BETWEEN ME AND THEM.
