My mother was traveling via your translux bus on the 1st september from Bloem to Midrand, when she arrived her luggage was gone. After 4 days of phoning and complaining and no one even to answer the 4 numbers given and when they do they never phone you back and this has reached a point. my mother has no clothes to wear so what must she do, wait untill you decide to actually do your work? This is a public forum so here is my solution. If you do not come back to her before 12h00 on friday the 6th september we will take this matter to my laywer. either find it, give her money for what the items were worth or we will go to the shop, buy what she has lost and take you to the small claims court.
