Incorrect Time

I booked the inetrcape bus from Midrand to Durban the 20:45 bus. The bus arrived late and only had 15 seats only available, The bus hostes asked for only 15 passengers with hand laguage. The bus was suppose to arrive at 20:45 but only came after 21:15pm. We were told that a nother bus was going to come. It came at 21:50 and we were again dropped of at the pack station to jump on another bus that left at 22:20. That was not good customer service. I was very disappointed and not happy at all on what had happend. I always travel with intercape but this was not good.
